Terms & Conditions
Warranty Terms & Conditions- If the serial number of the warranty card and the product are different, the warranty will not apply if the serial number of the product is intentionally destroyed/defaced.
- Replacements will not be given if the customer's product has any taps, scratches, burnt AC cords/ sockets. In that case, the service will be provided according to the policy of the service.
- Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, lightning etc.), electrical faults, repairs by unauthorized persons, external damage due to negligence/accident and liquid damage. Warranty will not apply.
- This warranty card is only applicable to manufacturing defects and if the washing machine is maintained in accordance with the instructions for use. The warranty will be effective from the date of purchase of the product.
- This washing machine is for household use. Commercial use (over 220 cycles per year) will void all warranties. If the washing machine is installed in a place other than household (public toilet, lodging house, dormitory, laundry shop, poultry house, etc.), the buyer shall bear the necessary transportation cost for its repair work or replacement of defective parts.
- Cosmetic Plastic / Glasswork / Piping / Consumable parts or materials are not covered under warranty.
- Some products require regular maintenance and cleaning. Some maintenance work (as per user manual) is chargeable if not covered under warranty.
- Warranty does not apply to damage caused by rodents, ants, cockroaches or other animals or insects.
- Warranty does not apply to damage caused by household wiring incidents such as rodents cutting the wiring harness, presence of coins or foreign objects in the machine, clogging by garbage.
